9th Annual INSIGHT AWARDS Program
TechInsights in collaboration with the EETimes and TechOnline proudly introduces the 9th Annual INSIGHT AWARDS. For the past nine years the INSIGHT AWARDS have recognized companies for their technical achievements and innovations in the semiconductor industry. This year the INSIGHT AWARDS features four returning categories and will introduce two new categories. The existing categories include: Most Innovative Process, DRAM, Non-Volatile Memory and Mobile Processors, and the new categories are Most Innovative Emerging Memory Products and Solid State Drives. Category finalists will be announced at a special awards ceremony taking place at the Embedded Systems Conference in San Jose, California in April 2010. The ceremony provides a unique opportunity for winning companies to showcase their accomplishments to the rest of the technology community.
About the Nomination & Decision Process
The program sponsors will nominate devices in each category. Manufacturers are also encouraged to submit nominations; however, the award selection committee reserves the right to approve all manufacturer-submitted nominations. There is no cost to participate in the program. To preserve the integrity and objectivity of the INSIGHT AWARDS, TechInsights must have completed relevant analysis on the nominated device for it to qualify as a finalist. The award selection committee includes: Edward Keyes, Chief Technology Officer, TechInsights; David Carey, Vice President, Technical Intelligence, TechInsights; Patrick Mannion, Editor-in-Chief, TechOnline Network; Young Choi, Senior Manager, Technical Intelligence, TechInsights and a group of Senior Analysts from TechInsights. Every effort is made to interview all finalists to ensure accurate interpretation and representation of the submission.
To submit a nomination and/or to find out more about the INSIGHT AWARDS, please contact Mark Roberts at InsightAwards@ubmtechinsights.com.
