Exercising a revolutionary 3 dimensional technology, Matrix has released the first product family of One-Time-Programmable (OTP) memory chips. Implementing this technology, Matrix can provide large amounts of storage capacity using smaller amounts of space, reducing form factor size and increasing wafer yield. This chip uses a second-generation 0.15µm process technology to increase bit density.
