Qualcomm MSM7600
Mobile Station Modem

Qualcomm MSM7200 MSM7200
Chipset solution for WCDMA (UMTS)/HSUPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE
The Qualcomm MSM7200 Baseband Applications Processor is part of Qualcomm’s convergence platform. It operates on the WCDMA/HSUPA and EGPRS networks. The MSM7200 chipset supports data rates of 7.2Mbps on the downlink and up to 5.76Mbps on the uplink for fast connection speeds. Additional connectivity is provided through the Mobile Digital Display Interface (MDDI), Bluetooth v1.2 and WiFi.

Qualcomm QSC6010 QSC6010
Single Chip RF transceiver, Baseband, and power management for CDMA2000
The QSC family is the only single-chip CDMA2000 1X solution to integrate baseband modem, radio transceiver, power management and multimedia drivers into one device. The QSC6010 increases the functions available to designers of low-cost handsets by introducing colour screens, camera functionality, music and ringtones on a single-chip platform.

Qualcomm MBD1000 MBD1000
Multicast Chipset
Qualcomm’s MBD1000 chipset, with the RBR1000 radio receiver which operates in the 700MHz spectrum, is a companion solution that seamlessly interfaces with both CDMA2000 and WCDMA (UMTS) chipsets in Qualcomm’s Enhanced Multimedia Platform.

Qualcomm RBR1000 RBR1000
Radio Receiver
Qualcomm’s MBD1000 chipset, with the RBR1000 radio receiver which operates in the 700MHz spectrum, is a companion solution that seamlessly interfaces with both CDMA2000 and WCDMA (UMTS) chipsets in Qualcomm’s Enhanced Multimedia Platform. Qualcomm’s RBR1000 is the first multimedia companion chips targeted at supporting the emerging mobile multimedia multicasting standards – including QUALCOMM’s FLO (Forward Link Only) technology, converging popular entertainment media with wireless.

Qualcomm RTR6275 RTR6275
radioOne RF Transceiver
Qualcomm introduced the radioOne RTR6275, the wireless industry’s first single-chip RF CMOS transceiver for dual-mode WCDMA (UMTS)/HSDPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE (EGPRS) terminals, enabling reduced development costs for mobile markets. The RTR6275 device integrates a WCDMA (UMTS) transceiver and quad-band EGPRS transceivers into a single-chip, enabling cost optimized, smaller form factor devices for mainstream WCDMA (UMTS) markets. The RTR6275 transceiver solution uses low-cost RF CMOS process technology, a low-cost, high-volume digital process technology used for a majority of today's digital computer microchips. The RTR6275 device integrates low-noise amplifiers (LNA), receivers, transmitters, voltage controlled oscillators (VCO) and phase locked loops (PLL), and is packaged in an 8mm x 8mm, 56-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (56QFN) package for further space savings advantages. Qualcomm's first RF CMOS solution for WCDMA (UMTS)/HSDPA and EGPRS is a three-chip, complete solution addressing the majority of global 3G WCDMA (UMTS) markets, which includes the RTR6275 transceiver, the MSM6275 Mobile Station Modem (MSM) chip and the PM6650 powerOne power management device. This solution provides support for WCDMA (UMTS)/HSDPA at 1800 or 1900 or 2100 MHz and GSM/GPRS/EDGE uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) at 850/900/1800/1900 MHz.

Qualcomm RTR6285
Transceiver
The RTR6285 is fabricated using 0.18 micron RF CMOS process technology, which enables improved talk and standby time. Thereby effectively enhancing overall network performance. Further, by featuring receive diversity, the RTR6285 allows for better cellular coverage and in-building penetration. The RTR6285’s high data throughput allows mixed voice and data traffic, voice over Internet Protocol applications and improved Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Services (MBMS). It also features GPS functionality.

Qualcomm MSM7500 MSM7500
Convergence Platform Baseband Applications Processor
Designed with a dual-CPU architecture that integrates an ARM11 applications processor with an ARM9 modem processor, the MSM7500 chipset was developed to offer high-level multimedia with the integrated Launchpad functionality suite and BREW support. This architecture provides third-party operating system support and gaming support with an embedded ATi 3D graphics engine.

Qualcomm MSM6260 MSM6260
65nm (TSMC Low Power) Baseband Applications Processor
The MSM6260 was one of the first devices to be fabricated in TSMC’s 65nm process in October of 2005. As a multimedia platform, the MSM6260 allows for shortened design cycles and reduced development costs by allowing the leveraging of a common chipset platform for multiple device designs for handset manufacturers. It does this by not only using a 65nm process, but by being RF and pin compatible with other chipset solutions being offered by Qualcomm, such as the MSM6245 and the MSM6255a.
